Due to the nature of E-Liquid we have a no refund, and no exchange policy. All sales are final.
Items Damaged in Transit
If your item is damaged by the shipping carrier in transit to you, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receiving your package. Please include pictures of the damage to the unopened package and merchandise.
If you find damage before opening your package, if possible you should return it to the shipping carrier immediately and reject receipt of the package. This will clear you of any responsibility, however this can only be done with unopened packages.
Orders will take 1-2 business days to process, then we ship two day priority flat rate within North America. We will not be able to ship to Indiana, Utah & Arkansas due to current vaping laws.
